Thank you GSK!

My preceptor suggested I sign up last minute for this CE talk on denosumab and I'm so glad I did!  I went with another pharmacy student from Western and 2 local pharmacy students from the National University of Singapore so it was pretty fun.  I don't really get many opportunities to go to CE talks back home (not yet anyway) and when you're a student, free dinner is always a great draw.  Of course since it was industry sponsored, you know it's going to be a very nice dinner.  It was at a pretty fancy venue with a 5 course meal:


This was probably easily a $150 meal and I'm too broke to pay for this while I'm here anyway but I'd be willing to sit through another talk for something like this:






But you know what, I actually learned something about denosumab and its use in bone metastases so I can't say it was just for the dinner.  Hey here's a fun game, match the courses above to the menu description (fairly straightforward)!
