I had lunch at a Japanese restaurant that specialized in making okonomiyaki (Japanese "pancakes") which was drenched in sauce and so good:
Pork Modanyaki |
I ended the day exploring Chinatown and trying out more good cheap food at Maxwell Food Centre. The Chinatown is pretty large here as expected and is very touristy, somewhere to get cheap souvenirs. Not much to write home about but the food at these food centres are still amazing:
Hainanese Chicken Rice |
Duck Rice |
Coconut Tutu Kueh |
